I am Mark Vovk, a performance coach and director of Step to Success. I have completed almost 500 coaching hours and hold certificates in Life Coaching, High Performance Coaching, iNLP, and meditation and visualization.
I have always been interested in why some people reach their potential while others remain trapped in the average. Through my own experiences, I have learned that success is not a coincidence, but the result of discipline, clear systems and the right mindset. This realization led me to the path of coaching, where I have found my mission today.
As the director of Step to Success, I ensure that coaching is not just a theory, but a practice that helps people grow – in sports, business and personal life. I am currently in the process of obtaining ICF accreditation (ACC/PCC), and I pass on my knowledge every day to individuals who want to achieve the most from themselves.

During this period, I began to explore the power of mental training, visualization, and focus. I learned techniques that help athletes and individuals better manage stress and set themselves up for success.
During this period, I completed the Life Coaching program and obtained an iNLP certificate, which allowed me to put my work on a professional foundation. In addition to theory, I began to regularly conduct coaching classes, where I gained valuable practical experience with various client profiles - from athletes to entrepreneurs.

I became a certified High Performance Coach and took on the role of Director of Step to Success. To date, I have completed almost 500 coaching hours and am in the process of obtaining ICF accreditation (ACC/PCC), with which I want to elevate my work to an international level.
